• Identity information: Name, personal identification number/organization number/date of birth and, if applicable, TIN number – to fulfill rental requirements.
• Information about the rental property: Address, area, pictures and description – used for marketing.
• Contact details: Email address, phone number and postal address – for booking information, payment and communication.
• Payment information: For example, account number – to make payments and disbursements.
• Order history: Previous reservations – for customer service and administration.

The purpose of the treatment is to:

1. Deliver our services, handle orders, statistics and payments.
2. Fulfill legal obligations, such as accounting and reporting.

 

3. How we share your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for the following:

• Service providers: For example, payment services and IT providers, who gain access to necessary information to provide the services.
