The NHU Group - Lars Møller
The NHU Group (33,3%) is owned by Lars Møller from Denmark, who runs or is a partner in 8-10 companies in the travel industry. The NHU Group is a leader in Scandinavia in API development through the companies Norsk Hytteutleie and Norliv Reiser, and has access to more than 120 beds online in Scandinavia. Norsk Hytteutleie has sent guests to Norway from all over Europe for more than 000 years. Norsk Hytteutleie has also sent guests to Norefjell for more than 25 years and currently has an agency agreement with Fossheim Byg and Blystad for cabins for Danes living in Denmark. Noreheim - Per Steiran
Noreheim AS owns 33,3% of Norefjell Hytteutleie. Per Steiran and his family run Noreheim, which is Norefjell's smallest and most unique hotel. The family has local roots through several generations, and over the past 25 years has been involved in a number of projects and companies in and around Norefjell. The hotel has been managed by Per Steiran since 2009, but the whole family is still involved in various parts of the operation. The focus has always been to invite groups to unique settings at Norefjell; with good hospitality in the center.
XPE - Martin Essunger
XPE Group AB is a parent company operating within the eXPErience Industry, and through active management contributes to the development of companies within or related to the experience industry. XPE Group currently owns 33,3% of Norefjell Hytteutleie AS. The company was founded in July 2000, and is 100% owned by Martin Essunger. The company has a secondary company name, XPE Consulting, for the part of the business that conducts consulting activities within business development, IT and digitalization. Among the clients that XPE Consulting has worked with are Visit Group International AB, Alpinco AS, Säfsen Resort AB, Funäs Booking AB and Funäs Resort AB.
